Learn how to be a strategic thinker

Symplicit is proud to bring you this series of four strategy design bootcamps with master strategic thinker, Will Evans. Come on a collaborative, practical journey with us and learn some of the key skills and tools needed to activate strategy design in large enterprise organisations.

Taught by strategic and design thinking experts, Will Evans, Rabbi Leila Haas, Jodie Moule and Bea Pierce, our bootcamps will help you understand and demystify approaches such as design thinking, lean strategy design, strategy deployment and A3 problem solving.

You will learn hands-on techniques, tips for how to apply this in practice and be equipped with a tailored toolkit to suit the needs of your business – helping you create a framework for ongoing success.

Our goal is to arrive at a solid understanding of strategy design principles and approaches to empower you to introduce this into your organisation successfully.
